GolfIronsOnline.com will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our website, within 30 days upon receipt.

If you discover any faulty of our products in 30 days upon receipt, you can contact our customer service for FULL REFUND. Itmes should be returned in their original packing. (Return postage should be covered by buyers).

If you discover any faulty of our products after 30 days, you can still contact our customer service for a replacement within one year of purchasing of the item.(Replacement postage should be covered by buyers). Please note that it takes us 1 to 2 weeks to process the replacement.
